27 Nov ChemResearch Becomes ITAR Registered
In November 2010, ChemResearch registered with the Department of State DDTC as a manufacturer of defense articles under ITAR. The registration compliments several other initiatives to align business strategy and offerings with the unique manufacturing requirements of the defense industry. ChemResearch specializes in providing metal finishing services for manufactured components and enclosures for critical aerospace and defense systems. At times, these services are provided for discrete components, often without knowledge of the actual application. Every article receives the care and controls relative to ITAR. This approach ensures intellectual property protection of private industry and national security in the public sector.
