International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
In November 2010, CRC Surface Technologies registered with the Department of State DDTC as a manufacturer of defense articles under ITAR. The registration compliments several other initiatives to align business strategy and offerings with the unique manufacturing requirements of the defense industry. CRC Surface Technologies specializes in providing metal finishing services for manufactured components and enclosures for critical aerospace and defense systems. At times, these services are provided for discrete components, often without the knowledge of the actual application. Every article receives the care and controls relative to ITAR.
